Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

What methods of delivery do you offer?

We deliver all our art prints by Royal Mail and Evri, for environmental reasons. However, this may change if a more sustainable alternative becomes available. All prints of A5 or A4 will be sent as a letter. All Larger prints will be rolled in a tube (very carefully and wrapped in tissue). We spent a long time researching the strongest and safest packaging to ensure you receive your artwork in pristine condition.

How long does delivery take?

We always state that 5-7 days. The reality is, where possible, we print and package all orders within 24 hours, and, then the delivery process is up to 3 days. However, during busy periods, we advise to allow 5-7 days. Equally, there are sometimes issues beyond our control e.g. strikes.

I made a mistake with my order, can you fix it before it is delivered?

If your order has already been printed or posted, we may not be able to cancel the order and you may need to refer to the refund policy. However, it's always worth reaching out to us, just in case, by emailing support@privilegedprints.com

Can I have my order delivered to a different address from my billing address?

We have never had an issue with this, in the past, but, it is always at the discretion of the payment system you use.

I haven't received my order, what should I do now?

If more than 7 days have passed since you placed your order, please reach out to us at support@privilegedprints.com Please include the payment details, name, address, and order number from your confirmation email. 

I need a print, in a hurry, is there any way to do that?

Unfortunately, we do not offer an expedited service. But, if you contact us, we will be able to advise you of our ability to deliver your order by the deadline. If you don't ask, you don't get.

RETURNS

I changed my mind can I return my art print?

All of our orders come with a 28 day money back, no questions asked, refund policy. You need to tell us within 14 days of receiving your order. We can only pay for the return if there was an error with your order was damaged. We do not offer a refund on any customised or personalised products.

My art print arrived damaged, what do I do now?

We are really sorry this happened. No worries, reach out to support@privilegedprints.com and we can arrange for a replcement or refund. Please include photographs of any damage, for insurance purposes. Remember to include your order/ delivery details.

Do you offer free returns?

We can only offer a free return if there was damage to your artwork or an error with your order. Unfortunately, as a small company, we do not have a high enough profit margin to allow us to offer free returns for other reasons.

Do you offer free returns on customised art prints?

All customised or personalised products are not included in our returns policy.

Payment FAQs

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal. 

My payment didn't go through, why not?

Unfortunately, we do not have access to your financial information. We suggest you reach out to your bank.

How do I know my payment is secure?

We take your safety and security very seriously. Please find out more by reading our Terms and Condition policy by clicking here.

Do you offer payment by instalments?

We do not currently offer Klarna, Clearpay, or any other payment by instalment service. However, we are investigating the possibilities. So, please check back.

My discount code didn't work, why not?

Discount codes do not work with sale products. However, for any other reason, you may have to drop us an email and we will investigate.

I have a problem with my payment, can you help?

We're not gonna lie... probably not. You will, most likely, be better off asking your bank.

Print FAQs

PRINTING

What type of paper do you print the artwork on?

We print all of our prints on 295g lustre paper. We don't believe in cutting corners on the product.

What is the quality of the print?

All of our prints are 12 colour pigment inks, designed to last for many years. We only use Canon genuine ink, ensure we are aware of our carbon footprint.

Do you offer custom prints?

We often receive requests for alterations of our prints. If it is possible, we will always gladly work iwth our customer to ensure you get what you want. There's no harm in asking... the worst we can say is NO.

Do you print onto canvas?

At present, we do not offer canvas prints. But, we may return to this in the future.

How long will my art print last?

Our papers and inks are designed to last for many many years. Although, handling, light exposure, etc will impact upon this. However, we have never had an issue to date.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

How do I know my personal information is secure?

We promise we keep your personal data secure. Please read our Privacy Policy for further details, by clicking here.

Why do you need my personal information?

We only need to collect an email address to send confirmation of your order. Everything else (other than the obvious delivery information) is voluntary. Most of our customers choose to set up an account, to save favourites, review orders, and receive discounts. However, this is not required.

If I sign up for the newsletter, will you send lots of emails?

We are far from the type that are organised enough to send lots of emails or spam you. We send out a monthly newletter about upcoming offers, discount codes, and new products. We may occassionally send an email if a flash sale is about to hit. Beyond that, we promise to not inundate your inbox.

Why do you need my date of birth?

We don't need your date of birth. This is completely voluntary. We only ask for it as we often send a birthday treat to our members. You can feel free to leave this blank.

Do I need to have an account to buy from Privileged Prints?

No, you can complete your purchase as a guest. However, this will mean we cannot keep you updated on your order.
