We currently only ship physical items within the UK. We are exploring options for shipping to other countries and will update our shipping cost and information, once we have further details. So, please check back. If you want to be informed of any changes to our worldwide deliveries, we suggest subscribing to our mailing list.
FREE UK SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER £45
If you are within the UK, we will send your order for free on orders over £45.
RETURNS
We have a 28-day return policy for all physical products purchased from Privileged Prints. This means that you have the right to revoke your purchase by returning the product within 28 days of the date you received your order. Please note that our customisable, personalised products are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, referred to as CC (ICAC), you have a right to a 14-day cooling off period. We must be informed within 14 days, of receipt of your prints, of any non-faulty goods being returned under CC (ICAC). We then allow 14 days for you to return the product to us. Please email returns@privilegedprints.com regarding all returns.
We will reimburse to you all payments received from you, minus the costs of delivery which we cannot refund. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
In all cases the items returned must be in their original condition and the goods are your responsibility until they reach Privileged Prints, please ensure you package your return using the original packaging to prevent any damage to the items. However, we appreciate that, sometimes, you no longer have the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, it is your responsibility to ensure the packaging is satisfactory to ensure the return of the prints in their original condition.
Please note that we do not accept returns on any personalised/ custom artworks; with the exception of faulty goods. We do not offer a free returns service, for any products, except in the case of faulty goods and you must use a recorded method of carriage, requiring a signature, to return the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us. Prints must be returned to the address below.

RETURNS: DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, referred to as CC (ICAC), digital downloads do not have a right to a 14-day cooling off period, as it is impossible to return the product.
If you feel there has been an error, or there is a problem with the download, please reach out to returns@privilegedprints.com and we will try to work with you to solve the problem. Our aim is always for happy customers.
We reserve the right to modify this shipping and return policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
